What we fix
Most roof leaks start at a few weak points. We repair:
- Missing, cracked or wind-lifted shingles
- Flashing around chimneys, walls, skylights and valleys
- Cracked rubber boots around plumbing vents
- Damaged ridge caps and roof vents
- Soft or rotted decking under a leak
How a repair visit works
We start in the attic when we can, because water often travels before it drips. Then we check the roof surface and the flashing and photograph what we find.
You get a written price for the repair before we start. If your roof has problems a repair will not solve, we tell you that too, and why.
Repair or replace?
A repair usually makes sense when the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the roof is in good shape. When leaks keep coming back, or damage is spread across the roof, a replacement can cost less over time. We explain both options with photos so you can decide.
